I’ve been in real estate for eight years, starting by flipping houses and managing rentals. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of people buy homes in Southeast Idaho. I have a proven track record in real estate investing, from buying and selling to flipping and managing rental properties. Owning a local property management company with 100+ current leases gives me an edge in helping investors make smart, profitable decisions.
Beyond traditional real estate, flipping several properties has given me hands-on experience with creative financing strategies and a keen eye for spotting potential home issues that could lead to costly repairs down the road. With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration focused on marketing, I know how to spot opportunities and maximize value. But more than anything, I find the greatest joy in watching people win in real estate.
