Great realtor! I just bought my first house and Matt was awesome. I knew nothing about home buying but he walked me through the process. Helped me figure out what I wanted in a home, and did much of the work of sorting through listings for me. I was pretty busy with work and didn't always have enough time to look through listings but he put together lists of places he thought I'd like and in the end I fell in love with one of his selections.
In addition to the aesthetics and location, he taught me how to assess other important aspects of a house such as the mechanicals, plumbing, and foundation. Things I didn't know anything about but could be expensive problems if not factored into the buying experience.
All in all a great experience and I would 100% recommend him to my friends and family.

We worked with Matt during the worst of pandemic and a sellers market. He listened to our needs and wants for a new house as they evolved and tailored our search. It was great working with Matt.

I met Matt while working an event earlier this year and I happened to find out he was a relator and he gave me is business card. Upon further talking with him I knew we would work great together. Matt was very upfront about how the market conditions were and explained every question I had in great detail especially since my wife and I were first time home buyers. Matt is very knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and responsive. Matt helped my wife and I get an insight into a property that was coming back on to the market and when we put our offer in the seller accepted within 2 hours of receiving our offer. Without Matt's insights and knowledge we surely wouldn't be in our lovely and cozy new home. I would highly recommend working with Matt if you are in search of a relator. If I am buying any houses or property in the future I will definitely be giving Matt a call.
