Highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a house around the Charleston area! He worked so tirelessly with me for over a year, putting offers on over 10 houses, and explaining every step of the process to me as a (nervous) first time home buyer. I really appreciated how quick he was to respond to text messages at all hours and his willingness to drop everything to show houses to me within hours of them coming on the market. Matthew also gave an honest take on each house we toured and gave great insight into whether he thought the house was a good investment long-term. He helped me close on a house for under asking price, which is incredible considering how hot the market is (with most houses going for much, much higher than asking). Highly recommend Matthew!
