I would absolutely recommend Matt if you are in the market to either sale or purchase your home. His attention to detail was impeccable. This was my second attempt at selling my home. I would like to say that Matt provided spectacular service and made my home purchasing experience a great one. This was my first home purchase so I took my time to find the perfect home. My fiancee and I looked for about a year and Matt stuck with me for the entire time without rushing me and pressuring me like other agents attempted to do, and there were many agents vying for the position as my agent. In the end we made the best selection of choosing Matt to become our agent. Matt guided me with great information about the home buying process the entire time. He answered all of my questions and concerns that I had with precise, genuine, accurate, and in depth answers so that we could make the best decisions. This by far was the largest purchase of my life and I am a very meticulous person who had very limited amounts of time to spend so everything had to be in order and Matt made sure that I had everything that I needed. Once we found the home we wanted Matt made the review and completion of the many forms and document submission a breeze to complete. Even the property tours were so efficient that we were able to view nearly all of the properties that my fiancee and I wanted to see. I am a first time home buyer and did the home search for me and my husband. I called Matt and he returned my call right away. He is very professional and answered all my questions. As I was deciding on which house to make an offer on, he was preparing all the documents during his vacation cruise! I decided to make an offer on Friday and he immediately sent them to the seller's realtor. He had to send the offer and do the negotiation process during his vacation because the seller's were deciding which offer to accept on Monday. He was back by Tuesday and immediately got in touch with me and updated me on the status. Around a day or two later, the sellers accepted my offer thanks to Matt's persistence, professionalism and my flexibility to work with the sellers. Matt guided me to the whole process of buying our house from the escrow up through the final walk through. He answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable with Matt because he assured me that the process would be smooth and it was. He even provided us a financial broker who qualified us for a larger amount than we were pre-qualified for previously!!
