I found Matty on Google. I called 3 other realtors asking for a Comparable Market Analysis for a potential investment property and all informed me they would get back shortly. My fourth call was Matty and he was very eager to help. I could tell he was slammed with other work based off of our conversation, but he still managed to help a stranger within 24 hours of the request. Will be doing future business here as that is always a key determining factor in where I choose to do my business at.

MATTY IS SIMPLY THE BEST! I’m a fellow agent who recently had the pleasure of working alongside Matty. My buyer fell in love with one of his listings and I met Matty at the open house prior to submitting an offer.

From the get go, he was exceptionally communicative, professional, and solution-based. It was one of those experiences where I thought “what’s the catch? This seems too good to be true”.

Matty is a great realtor. He is professional, patient and very knowledgeable. We had a wide area search and he was more than willing to show us any house no matter the location. He came prepared to every showing and was very patient with our decision making. This was our first time buying a home and Matty did a great job making sure we knew what to do. I worked with Matty to buy my first home in the summer of 2021 and the experience was absolutely marvelous. Matty was beyond professional throughout the entire process - helping me meet all deadlines with accurate information, and all documents were assembled flawlessly.
