Although I became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2004, I have been buying and selling Real Estate since 1986. I have built several homes and thus have intimiate knowledge about the new construction process and challenges. I have lived in Rockland County for the last 27 years and raised my three sons in this wonderful environment. I work with buyers and sellers and enjoy working with both groups. Buyers want to get the best deal out there, while sellers want to maximize their net proceeds. I enjoy working with first time buyers, helping them navigate the new territory. I have also had extensive experience with relocation into and out of our area.
