In today’s ever-changing market and uncertainty in the current medical climate, Maureen has adapted her business to be able to serve her clients during this unprecedented time. In today’s world ongoing communication is extremely important. She has been able to serve her clients by all forms of communication whether that be in person, over the phone, text, email, social media, FaceTime, Zoom, or Skype. It is important to be able to receive market updates like lending information, new homes, surveys, inspections, appraisals and all that comes with staying on top of the sales process.
Maureen has completed virtual consultations, virtual tours, electronic paperwork and Signing, streamlined the process when it comes to earnest money delivery, and has inspectors who has completed virtual inspections. During closing time when papers are needed to be signed, she works with title and escrow companies who have mobile notaries to help clients close on time.
Having a realtor who is full time, is more important now more than ever. The housing market is strong and constantly changing, evolving, and improving. It is increasingly important to be knowledgeable about the trends and data in the local housing market.
Some of Maureen’s favorite parts about the real estate business are the personal relationships she has built. She loves meeting new people and hearing their personal stories and goals. She loves being able to help and guide her clients and first-time homebuyers through the transaction process. She is thankful they allow her to be a part of their next chapter.
Maureen is a graduate of Kent State University and has been in sales for just over seven years. She reached a year in real estate back in February of 2019 and that same year was able to service 16 transactions accounting for $2.2 million in business, beating out the national average of six transactions for a realtors first year in real estate. This year, she has been able to help and service twice as many clients.
Outside of the office, most of Maureen’s free time is spent with family and friends or her buddy Cooper (her dog). Some of her other passions besides real estate are photography, interior design, nature, traveling, animals, Cleveland sports teams, food, learning new skills, and working out.
