When my boyfriend and I began to get serious about buying our first home in the Greater Denver area, we happened to get in touch with Mauri by chance. Mauri was our greatest asset in our endeavor to buy a price-point home in a hot market. She and her team were incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish and made the entire process less stressful and more productive. We purchased a home with a few snags in it and worked with difficult sellers and Mauri certainly made sure we came out on top and felt confident with everything we were doing. Mauri and her team were able to help me move through a more than difficult time with a steep learning curve after my Father died. She helped me navigate a title company (Thank you Debra Williams) and sell his home within a month. Plus, from the time of listing and showing, she had over a dozen showing within 2 hours of listing AND it was less than 36 hours before multiple offers came through. We were able to sell and close in less than one month. This eased my mind and life due to a reverse mortgage on the home that my retired Dad had. Mauri is the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with. She sold one of our house in Southlands in a week. She helped us purchase our second home simultaneously. When we decided to move to the East Coast she sold the second house in three weeks at the height of interest rate hikes. Mauri is professional, honest and down to earth. Selling while under a timeline is stressful but Mauri made us feel as if we were her only clients and took the heavy burden of getting our house sold. Mauri advertised our property very well. Wow….. I wouldn’t even know where to begin or how much room I have to type. Mauri is insanely incredible! She has helped me sell a house and also purchase another new home. The entire time she was on top of the transaction and I never had to ask her what was going on.

Complete professionalism, and it made me feel in the end that I also gained a friend. Her daughter also was a part of this and the two of them are an incredible team together.

There will never be another transaction that I will do that will not include Mauri. She has my thanks, gratitude and loyalty.

Working with the Tamborra team of RE/MAX (for the second time - to sell our property) was a pure pleasure, just like the first time when we bought the property. They are professional, responsive and great to work with. They stage the property to highlight its best features and the pictures that they use to market the property are great.

She worked with me over the course of a year and was extremely flexible when I decided to change direction on what I was looking for in a home. In addition, when I was hesitant about moving my son into a new school district because of his special needs Mauri went the extra mile to get me in contact with representatives from the school so I would feel more comfortable. Moreover, almost a year after purchasing my home I decided to reached back out to Mauri to see if she knew any contractors so I could finally start looking into getting my basement finished.
