Mauricio Arevalo

My name is Mauricio Arevalo, I was raised in North Hollywood and graduated with honors from California State University Northridge in 2008. I am driven and self motivated in all aspects of my life. I realize that the purchase of a home is one of the largest and most complex purchases made by a consumer. However, it is also one of the most personal purchases that take time and patience.

I build my schedule around my clients to maintain an open and clear channel of communication at all times. I am a real estate professional and I strive to: negotiate the best possible deals, provide updated information on the current market and deliver honesty, fairness and punctuality consistently. My goal is to make buyers and sellers my clients for life. I work only off referrals and I will not disappoint anyone who is recommended to me.

I have worked with several veterans in the business and have acquired special skills that take years to understand and develop. I enjoy networking because I know my clients will benefit from my professional relationships. My resources are endless and my patience is abundant.
