Máximo is very professional, understanding, reliable, goes above and beyond the line of duty to help no matter what the situation may be. He’s very supportive and respectful. Gave us a lot of emotional support when it was needed. He continued to be very positive no matter the obstacles and gave us the strength we needed. I had the pleasure of having Maximo Delancer as my realtor when I purchased my present home. A few months ago, I decided that I wanted to buy a house in Sanford, Florida, where my sister lives. So, I traveled out here to begin my house hunting. I had already made arrangement with a realtor, who turned out to be very irresponsible and had to let him go. Then, I meet Maximo. At first, I felt a little apprehensive after the experience I had been through with the previous realtor, but as soon as I met Maximo, those doubts vanished right away. I have been in the market before, where I have bought and sold a couple of properties. I thought Maximo would be like the other realtors . . . Maximo is by far the best! He takes the time to get to know you, he finds out what you like, and do not like. He is very professional, responsible, well organized, reliable and very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. He is very accessible, you can reach out to him anytime, he will always answer your phone calls, and if you happen to leave him a message, you can count on him returning you call promptly. He will be right by your side throughout the entire process of buying or selling your house. He will negotiate for you, will get you the best deal you can get, and will not stop until you are pleased and find what you want. Thanks to Maximo, I have the house of my dreams!
