Even though I knew that Medro did not do loans and that we did not live in the same town, he was the first person that I reached out to when a family member of mine had a unique situation and lenders had no good solutions. Medro Johnson is the best in the game. I've used him on 2 separate occasions. Once buying a home and once selling a home. He went completely out of his way on the purchase of my first home. He spent several weekends taking me on tours of houses until he found the perfect one for me. On the second occasion I was selling a home that I inherited from my father and it needed a little more work than I wanted to do to it. But Medro knows his business and with his expertise we where able to complete the repairs in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. When all was said and done he got me 20k over asking price and the house was only on the market for 5 days. If you want excellence in service and someone who will stick with you in a tough situation not to mention his vast experience in the Sacramento housing market Medro Johnson is your man.

I've known Medro since we were in Jr. High School and consider him one of my very close friends. We live in different states now and rarely get to spend any time together.
My daughter Jennifer needed a Realtor in the Sacramento area. I was happy to refer Medro. He did a great job representing her and there is no one I would have preferred she use.
