Meg Balles

I grew up in Yakima, loving the weather, with four seasons and all the outdoor activities that it affords. My husband and I love exploring the Pacific NW for out-of-the-way places to vacation. I started with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2004 and have increased my education and licensing level to that of Managing Broker. I am continuing my education in real estate by earning designations, such as Certified Residential specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource. I love meeting new people and assisting with their real estate needs as well as introducing the Yakima area to new residents. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you and your referrals with all aspects of your real estate needs. I am actively involved in the real estate industry, serving on Washington Department of Licensing Real Estate Commission and my community as the Secretary for the Yakima Area Arboretum Board of Directors and previously on Yakima Association of Realtors, having served on several committees and the Board of Directors. I contribute to and support Humane Society of Central WA, Rod's House of Yakima, Wounded Warrior Project, Heifer International and Yakima Area Arboretum.
