Meg Balles

I grew up in Yakima, loving the weather, with four seasons and all the outdoor activities that it affords. My husband and I love exploring the Pacific NW for out-of-the -way places to vacation.

I started with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (previously Prudential Almon Realty) in 2004 and have increased my education and licensing level to that of Managing Broker. I am continuing my education in real estate by earning designations, such as Certified Residential specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource.

I love meeting new people and assisting with their real estate needs as well as introducing the Yakima area to new residents. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you and your referrals with all aspects of your real estate needs.

I am actively involved in the Yakima Association of REALTORS, having served on several committees and the Board of Directors. I contribute to and support Humane Society of Central WA, Rod's House of Yakima, Wounded Warrior Project and Heifer International.
