Meg is the absolute best! I have worked with her several times now, for rentals and recently, a home purchase. She is informative, supportive, knowledgeable and goal orientated, which makes things easy in the stressful renter/homeowner seeking world. She keeps your best interest in mind, not her own or that of another party. I always feel like I can trust what’s happening and what I’m being told when it comes Meg. Meg Fonash represented me in the purchase of a townhome in Furlong, and she was terrific. She found me a great lender, showed me dozens of homes over the course of a year or so, and when I found the house, she designed a creative offer that helped me beat out 7 other offers. A week before I made settlement, a tornado hit the development and my unit was unharmed but the lender needed proof. Meg raced to the property and took timestamped photos to prove the unit was undamaged, and she even thought ahead to negotiate a credit from the seller in case there was a future special assessment from the HOA for the storm damage. I put a lot of trust in her and she exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use her as my agent for any future transactions.
