I made the right decision to have Meg Ostrow be my selling agent. She saved me money with the most beautiful staging I have ever seen and I got ABOVE asking price!! Meg is lovely and was beyond professional & respectful. She walked me through the 'selling' process every step of the way (since I was a 1st time Seller). If she didn't know the answer to something (which was rare) she'd lead me to the professional that did. I loved working with her. She is a class act! No doubt, I will hire her again.

We have worked with Meg twice, first to secure a rental and then purchase a home. When relocating to LA she was invaluable on helping us navigate the complex LA market and zone in on appropriate neighborhoods for our family. Once we were ready to purchase she prepared us for the current market climate favoring sellers and scarce inventory. She was always on top of sending us listings as soon as or before they came to market. She immediately helped us zone in areas that she thought our family would love and would provide a good "return on investment". She is incredibly patient and it was evident to us that her priority was to find us the perfect home and not rush us into a decision. She helped us navigate some tricky situations always armed with valuable advise and helpful strategies. Once our offer was accepted I was very impressed with how on top of all the details through closing she was. Meg is honest, hardworking and always working to put her clients first. I trusted her and her advise. She has an outstanding character and integrity, which was refreshing and important to us. I would not hesitate to recommend or work with Meg again. In our opinion, she is a valuable asset to anyone trying to navigate the LA market, either buying or selling a property.

Meg is an amazing realtor! She was consistent in showing us homes that met our criteria: and too, opening us up to new neighborhoods. She was persistent in dealing with the seller’s agent, and spoke candidly about what it takes to get a home in this competitive market. With all these skills, we were able to find and move into our dream home. Meg is patient, professional, friendly and skilled at her job. I could not have been happier when we found the right home, and it happened because of Meg. Her persistence, negotiating skills, and kindness locked the deal. I miss the days of looking at homes with her. I would highly recommend Meg!

Meg is absolutely fantastic. She sold our house at a price we were very happy with, in a short period of time. She's professional, responsive, understanding, and is great at negotiations and strategy. She has an encyclopedic understanding of the various neighborhoods in west LA. Meg is a consummate professional who gets deals closed smoothly and efficiently. My wife and I purchased a home recently where Meg was the seller agent. After some back and forth negotiation, Meg came up with creative solutions to help both sides reach a good compromise, and the deal closed quickly. Meg Ostrow is so professional and on point. She sold my first house in 2005 and just found me my dream home. Without her experience, passion for what she does, smarts and skillset the deal would have never happened.
