Megan Bengtson

Megan Bengtson joined PJ Morgan Real Estate as the Residential Sales Director and REALTOR® in 2022. Megan’s contagious personality, tenacity, and drive are what make her a great leader. She founded The Apex Group and has been a force in the Omaha real estate market since getting her license in 2005.

She found her passion working in residential real estate while finishing her Communications Studies degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She knew she wanted to help others, and real estate was the perfect avenue to do so. She genuinely loves what she does, and guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process to move their story forward is her mission. Her foundation is built on strong communication skills with her clients, superior service, and building community through her expansive network with other professional realtors. It’s no wonder past clients continue to use her as their advisor and confidant as well as send her referrals.

Megan is incredibly driven, and it shows through the many accolades she has received throughout her real estate career. She has received her CRS designation which recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. It is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers. She also has her GRI designation. Obtaining this designation Megan made the commitment to provide a high level of professional service to clients by securing a strong educational foundation. Along with her long list of accomplishments, Megan is also the current President of the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® (OABR).

Megan isn’t the only one involved in real estate in her family. Her husband Aaron owns a remodeling company, Highrock Design.Build.Remodel. They have two daughters, Emma and Cameran, and an adorable dog, Cooper. When she isn’t busy doing all things real estate, Megan loves hanging out with family and friends. In the summer she can be found by the lake enjoying the water and some wine!
