Megan Ferrell

As most of her clients are referred from previous client relationships, valuing clients’ interests are of the utmost importance. Vitality, enthusiasm, and rich knowledge allow Megan to tailor an individual and positive client experience.

Having lived most of her life in the Pasadena area, Megan sought to work the area she called home. Megan obtained her real estate license while in college in 2005 and began work at Podley Properties. She partnered with Crystal Narramore soon after to create a dynamic sales team. After Crystal left to enter Podley’s sales management, Megan maintained a top-10 agent position and moved to Compass in 2018. Megan resides in Monrovia, enjoys riding her horse Dublin, and is an active member of the Pasadena Showcase of the Arts. Having two retired racing greyhounds herself, she also advocates greyhound rescues groups.
