There are no words to convey how amazing Megan is, both as a realtor and a human. She is friendly, kind, responsive, and goes above and beyond for her clients. She is professional and very knowledgeable. We went through a particularly difficult purchase process recently (nothing to do with her) and she was with us every step of the way. She handled each and every inspection, coordinated removal of property left behind by the sellers, answered all of our questions the same day, and was sure to keep us updated. I will never work with anyone else nor will I recommend anyone but her.

Megan is the best realtor you will find. She is so incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Megan Lowe enough! She has been our family's realtor for over a decade now. She initially helped my grandmother with a short sale years ago, after the recession. And then represented my mother when she bought her first home a few years later, site-unseen! A few years after that, I hired Megan to represent me as a 24 year old first time home buyer. She educated me throughout the entire process, and we had a successful closing within a few months. If you want a true professional, that will become a longtime family friend, give her a call!

Exceptional experience from first phone call through to close! Megan made our lives so much easier as she handled many details for us as we were out of town for the entire time period of selling our property. She was on time for each and every meeting or call, and was excellent at making sure we understood each step of the process and that all milestones were hit on time. Our only regret is that we aren't going to be doing more real estate transactions in the area as she would be "our realtor" if we were. In short a true professional!

At a time where the market has been the most competitive and truthfully unrealistic for a first time home buyer, Megan was absolute gold. We were so incredibly fortunate to have been able to work with Megan to purchase our first house. Not only were we purchasing a house during a pandemic, but we were doing it from out of state, and via Facetime, of all things! Megan intently listened to our vision and needs, and while she showed us many homes, she was careful to highlight the aspects of certain homes that fit our needs better than others. That, coupled with her years of real estate experience in Reno and her deep knowledge of the area, made it so that we were able to get a house that was just right for us. Truly, to this day, I still don’t know how we got so lucky because this house has everything that was a necessity for us, was still in our price range, and is absolutely lovely. Additionally, Megan is a savvy negotiator and planner. In a hot housing market like this, her advice for how to structure our offers was invaluable, and she worked seamlessly with our lender to successfully complete a 21-day close. On top of all that, Megan is just a joy to work with. I enjoyed talking with her daily, and she was responsive, answering our questions in a timely manner. I absolutely recommend Megan Lowe as a realtor.
