Working with Megan was fantastic! She has good communication skills and did a great job talking my husband and I through the selling process. My husband and I recently sold a house in a neighborhood that has a very contentious HOA board. Understanding how stressful the moving and selling process can be, Megan and her team did an amazing job working with the HOA board to ensure we could sell our home in a timely manner and with minimal stress.

We would definitely work with her again

Megan is AMAZING. Hands down. My husband and I had decided to move interstate at fairly short notice. We called Megan and she met up with us 2 days later to go over pricing and contract details. She worked around our insanely hectic schedule to have photos and drone footage taken as well as termite/moisture inspection done. She had our house under contract not 2 days after being listed! Megan was on top of negotiations with the several offers we received and even had things sorted in our favor before she called us. To our luck, our buyer backed out just before closing (what a headache) - Megan had stood up for us in discussions with the buyers agent.
Kicking that irritating situation aside, because Megan is incredible we were under contract with a new buyer in 2 days with a closing date 2-weeks later! It was amazing. Megan had our backs the whole time and was very transparent with everything. We had a smooth closing (the second time around) and arranged for us to sign closing documents from out-of-state. Megan is so knowledgeable about the whole buying/selling process, she's a wealth of information and advice!
Megan is extremely smart, funny, genuine, and enjoys her job so much. She always has a smile on her face and somehow finds a silver lining in any situation. Ultimately, Megan managed to sell our house for higher than the first offer that backed out! No complaints here.
Anyway, my husband and I have nothing but respect and accolades for Megan! We really wish that she could be our realtor forever, no matter the state, we'd like to just bring her with us everywhere!
In short... if Megan isn't your realtor you're losing out. Do business with her, you WILL NOT regret it.

If there were any issues or concerns during the process, she would find a way to resolve it as streamlined as possible. She even scheduled a house deep cleaning prior to me moving in! Her ability to minimize all the stress that comes along with buying a house is unmatched!

Early 2021 was a seller's market -- highly competitive. Asking prices were always just the opening bid, and buyers were all expected to raise, raise, raise. Megan advised us to give a nod to the reality of the market by raising our bid from the asking price, but to set a reasonable cap -- and then offer specific clauses. She helped us customize our offers to appear very attractive to sellers case-by-case. It worked. We were not the highest bid for our house, but we won based on how we formatted our offer. Megan's advice and guidance were invaluable in winning our new home during a very heated competition.

A buyer's agent needs to spend a lot of time walking property, communicating with prospective buyers, and discussing strategy. Our search happened during COVID. We didn't view the properties personally, so we needed clear eyes on the scene several times. Megan aced all of this for us. She drove to all of the properties that we considered, videoed all nooks and crannies clearly, gave her impressions (does it smell like dog?, was it professionally painted or DIY?, what are the exact measurements?). Perceptive, discerning, precise -- invaluable to us.

Megan is a patient, pleasant person at all times. A consummate professional who stays focused, with a good sense of humor during tense competition.

Highly recommended. She earned our respect and appreciation.

Megan makes buying a house simple. She is patient and kind and gets back to you right away. She was able to nudge some beach realtors to get to work and let us tour some houses. I wasn't expecting to find a house but her database found me something that I would not have found on my own. I've worked with other realtors and I wish they all were like Megan.

Megan was excellent! My husband is stationed in San Diego and while he was looking for a home for us there, I stayed in Virginia to sell our home. Having to deal with the home selling process and moving our family across the country by myself was extremely intimidating.
