Megan is a 5th generation native of Grand Junction, CO. She has always had an interest in real estate, but her true passion lies in helping other folks realize their dreams.... she knows, she knows, you may think that sounds cheesy, but it’s true! She and her husband have been able to invest in real estate, they own 4 properties now and are incredibly blessed by the opportunities it has brought them. She wants to help others who have those same dreams achieve them, whether it’s buying their first home, finding their retirement nest, investing in rental/VRBO property, or just building wealth for retirement or kids’ college, whatever it is, dream it!
Megan has a degree in Petroleum Engineering and worked in the oil and gas industry for 14 years before she decided to leave her career to be a full-time stay at home mom. Her passion for home decorating, investments, home improvements, and real estate pushed her to get her real estate license in May 2018. She did 13 transactions in her first year, including purchasing 4 investment properties of their own, 2 rehab/flips, and helping her amazing clients do the same!
