Meghan is a truly exceptional professional. She has an impressive understanding of the real estate market. Her ability to understand and meet my specific investment needs made the search process seemless. She was did an incredible job collecting information relating to city zoning, codes, building permits and inspections before showing me properties to make sure they fit into a specific criteria. I DIDNT HAVE TO SEE A DOZEN PROPERTIES! She comes well equipped with an arsenal of professionals to make the contract to closing process effortless. Meghan is extremely professional as well as personable. She showed us probably 60-70 properties until we found the perfect fit. She went above and beyond even doing virtual showings when we were out of town. She gave us very valuable feedback on each property. She is very knowledgeable and experienced and a real pleasure to work with. I can't recommend her enough.

Meghan helped us find our first rental property this year and she has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. This was our first investment property so we didn’t come in with much knowledge or a good idea of what we were looking for. Meghan guided us through every step of the process and continuously went above and beyond for us. She found us a beautiful 3 unit in Clifton Park with promising rental income. We were looking for properties from April-August and during that time she showed us 60-70 properties, many of which were virtual tours since we were living out of state. After going under contract and even after closing Meghan has continued to use her expertise and personal networks to support us and make the process as easy as possible. I will never ever use another realtor!!
