Meghan Sutherland

Meghan brings a unique skill set to the Pinnacle team. Prior to joining us, Meghan practiced real estate and estate planning law where she gained invaluable experience representing both buyers and sellers and negotiating real estate contracts. So, in addition to possessing incredible sales and negotiating skills, she understands the complexities of contract law, as well as land use and zoning matters.
Meghan comes by her talents through a strong legacy. She actually grew up in the business; her father is a renowned real estate attorney, and her mother is also a career real estate broker. Meghan has always had a passion for real estate and loves what she does so well. In addition, being a native of the area, she brings a wealth of local knowledge having lived in Wellesley, Dover and currently in Needham for the past six years.
Meghan received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2006, and B.A. from Boston College in 2001.
Meghan is an active alum at St. Mark’s School in Southborough and Charles River School in Dover. She has served as the Co-Chair of the Parents Association at Saint Joseph Elementary School in Needham as well as the Chair of the Wellesley Cooperative Nursery School Executive Board. Aside from watching her children play sports, Meghan is an avid golfer and loves, most of all, to cook for her family and friends. She lives with her husband and three children, Grace, Liam, and Jack.
