Born on the North shore of Chicago and raised in Colorado, Mel started his career at a young age learning the ins and outs of service, hospitality and business management at his family’s Colorado Springs restaurant. His experience took him all over the country – Denver, Southern California, Washington D.C., and Naples – which not only gave him a strong foundation in connecting with others, but it also provided him insight into the individual and collective needs of people from different geographies, backgrounds and upbringings. As a real estate advisor, Mel actively utilizes his expertise from his years in hospitality to elevate the real estate journey for his clients; his ability to communicate, listen, and deliver on their goals is his biggest strength, with an easygoing and level-headed personality to match.
