I cannot say enough good things about Melanie. Back in 2015, I referred her to a family member and it was the best decision for my sister. She had a contract within 1 week of putting the house on the market and it was for FULL asking price! The closing went smooth and was completed within 30 days. Melanie was very knowledgeable in real estate and was always available for consultation, questions and assistance whenever needed and never made it feel like just another business transaction. I truly believe the house sold so quickly because of her helpful advice on how to prepare/stage the home for sale and all her hard work. I would not hesitate to recommend Melanie to other family members and friends and will definitely use her on any real estate transactions I have.
