Being raised in a military family and now a military spouse Melanie Davis is no stranger to relocating and embracing a new community. As a licensed realtor in Tampa FL, she works with many home buyers and sellers around the Tampa Bay area including Carrollwood, Westchase, Odessa, Lutz, Land O Lakes, Wesley Chapel, New Tampa, and South Tampa, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater, St Pete.

Melanie first accepted a position as a real estate assistant and took those years to dedicate herself to becoming a subject matter expert in all thing’s real estate. This ignited her passion for helping families in real estate endeavors and now devotes her days to the full-time real estate agent team. Melanie prides herself on honesty and integrity and keeping up to date with the ever-changing real estate market, trends, loans, and benefits for her clients. In her free time, Melanie is active in the military community, along with volunteering her time with Tampa clean-up organizations. She is enthusiastic about the environment and loves being in nature.
