Melanie did a fabulous job! I can't say enough great things about her. We trusted her to guide us along the way of our first home and we are so glad we did. From the start she recommended an excellent lender. Thereafter she always made herself available for home showings and questions, which we greatly appreciated. If we had questions about homes, she was quick to find the answers. She stayed on top of everything from scheduling inspection, and water testing. Then when appraiser recorded less square footage she was not afraid to get her hands dirty and go measure it. She negotiated for us on the price and closing cost in a sellers market. She kept everything on time and moving forward for an on time closing date. She went above and beyond any expectation i had. I will never hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. We are so very greatful!

Working with Melanie was truly and amazing experience. I am a hairstylist and have met many people in the real estate industry- I have plenty of business cards from over years. I first met Melanie at the salon. During a good majority of her appointment we talked about how my husband and I would like to buy but are feeling very insecure about the housing market, my husband and I could never afford to go well above asking or have an all cash offer- I thought we probably wouldn’t even be able to buy a house at all. She reassured me that was probably not the case and explained she worked with first time buyers all the time. What I appreciated about Melanie was her willingness to share any and all information she had without any idea that I would actually ever work with her. At the end of that appointment she shared an app with me that was more up-to-date than some of the other popular apps I had been looking at, and through the app I was able to reach out to her and a referral for the lender she loves working with- he was great too! (Super easy and quick experience to get pre approved.) About 6 weeks after meeting Melanie and about 1 week after looking at houses my husband and I put our first offer in on a house and it was accepted! Our experience was truly top notch- each time we looked at houses it got better and better. We have been in our house for about a month now and are just so happy we got to work with such an amazing person! Melanie made this experience fun and exciting, she will be my go to for any future needs and all referrals!
