During her 20 years in the business, she has earned the respect of her colleagues for her integrity, discipline and dedication to her clients. A local Graduate from Florida International University she holds multiples professional designations. Equipped with a Master’s Degree in International Real Estate and a Bachelor in Hospitality with a minor in Human Resources. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French. Her diverse background has qualified her to work effectively with clients from different cultures and has allowed her to understand their needs in order to tailor a deal suited for each individual. Coming from such a colorful upbringing, Melany also developed the warmth that is characteristic of Latin culture, and the charisma that confidence brings. These traits make her a natural people person and a born negotiator that will stand by her client’s needs.
