Melinda Flynn

A local broker with over 20 years of sales experience, my team and I have clients across the South Bay who appreciate our individualized, client-first approach & market expertise.

A longtime resident of the South Bay, I live there with my husband, Jim, and my daughter, Renae. I'm active in the communities I serve, from Redondo, Hermosa & Manhattan Beach beach cities to Torrance, Palos Verdes, and the greater Los Angeles area.

A licensed salesperson since 2001, I was proud to be recognized as Realtor of the Year by the Palos Verdes Association of Realtors in 2013. I obtained my Broker's license in 2014 and launched my company, Melinda Flynn Real Estate, in 2016. I joined Edge Real Estate Agency in late 2022.

Happy clients are one of my primary sources of new business, as those who know my work best refer friends, family, and colleagues when they have real estate needs. I hope to add you to our list soon!

Outside of real estate, I love attending live theater plays; I'm a huge movie enthusiast with a Master of Arts in Education and a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
