2004 when she secured her real estate license, and since then, she has consistently
demonstrated a remarkable aptitude for sales, earning numerous awards, including an
impressive twelve accolades for sales exceeding $1,000,000 in a calendar year.

Melissa's excitement in assuming the reins of the business, which her grandmother,
Rose, initiated and her mother, Cindy, perfected over the years, is palpable. As a
third-generation owner of Metro Kirsch Real Estate, Inc., Melissa is determined to
uphold and further enrich the esteemed legacy her family has meticulously crafted.

Melissa and her husband, Brandon, who works at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, are proud residents of Springville,
where they reside with their two daughters, Amya and Alexa, as well as their cherished canine companions: Tucker, Trixie, and Asher.
