Deeply rooted locally having grown up in Santa Clarita, Melissa Gunn is a Saugus High School graduate who, along with her husband, raises her family in the Santa Clarita Valley. Growing up with hard working professional parents, Melissa's work ethic was instilled in her from a very young age, and you could say Real Estate is in her blood.
"My mother is a driving force in my daily focus. I watched her excel professionally, now a Vice President with Ticor Title, and I work hard to show both of my parents their values are instilled in me."
No stranger to hard work herself having managed the renovation of many investment properties, Melissa has a key intuition to recognize a deal and take advantage of it. You will find her patient, kind and reserved nature is a cool breeze in an otherwise "hot" industry.
Always searching for growth opportunities, Melissa looks to expand her reach within our valley with different networking mixers and charity fundraisers.
