I am Melissa Gutierrez, born and raised here in beautiful southern California, where I have had to privilege to raise my children and now watch my grand babies grow up. My husband and I have lived in and around the Temecula Valley area for over 19 years. We have witnessed huge growth in our beautiful valley and along the way we have met many amazing people.

For as long as I can remember, I have loved all things home related. From decorating my playhouse as a little girl, to helping friends and family design/decorate their homes. The addition of my Real Estate career felt like a natural next step. I Love helping people “LOVE” their home from a decor stand point, so why not be a part of helping you choose then next home you’ll love.

Together with my husband we own and operate our HVAC/General Contractor Company, Shield Mechanical, LLC. Our company has worked with many Real Estate Agents on their listings for their clients doing home repairs, inspections corrections, checking all operating HVAC systems and much more. Experiencing both sides of home sales (Buyer or Seller), allows me to understand your needs at any given point in the process from a Real Estate and Construction Standpoint.
