Melissa Martin

Born and raised in Simsbury, CT, Melissa Martin has proudly called Charleston her home for the last 26 years. Growing up surrounded by a family in real estate has given her valuable industry insight, and developed in her an early passion for helping her clients obtain their real estate and lifestyle goals.

Melissa started her residential real estate career as a developer associate with a large multi-family builder and developer in Charleston and Greensboro, NC. This experience has given her an insider's look into the development and construction process and led her to attain her real estate license in 2006.

Melissa is deeply connected to the Charleston area market and is sincerely devoted to her clients. She is one of Charleston's most trusted and top-selling real estate agents, having been awarded the Realtor of Distinction Award each year since 2011, and is a member of the East Cooper Top Producer Club. She loves sharing her knowledge of living and raising a family in the Charleston area, and can aid in navigating many areas surrounding the decision of buying or selling a home.

Melissa completed her BA in Corporate Communications and Business Administration at the College of Charleston and now resides in Mt. Pleasant with her husband, Greg, and their three daughters, Reese, Cecilia, and Greer. When she isn't working, Melissa enjoys volunteering at her daughters' school, traveling, long walks on the beach, yoga and spending time with her friends and family.
