I also assist sellers as they navigate major life transitions, whether it's moving closer to family, downsizing, or transitioning into retirement or assisted living. My approach is thoughtful, supportive, and designed to make each step as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Before real estate, I spent years managing homeowners associations, from on-site roles in Active Adult neighborhoods to portfolios of condo and developer-controlled communities. I know how HOAs work, what to watch for with new builds, and how to navigate the details that matter most in desert living.

Originally from Illinois, I made the leap to Arizona in 2014,so I understand the challenges and excitement that come with relocating. My background in Nonprofit Administration (BA) also fuels my commitment to service, giving back, and supporting our military and local communities.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find me cooking, hiking, practicing yoga, golfing, or traveling with my husband, Ira, and our three rescue pups, Ernie, Ollie, and Iggy.
