Melissa Misner

Melissa was born and raised in Southern California. Destined to be in the Real Estate Industry, her mom was #1 at a Home Warranty Company and her dad owned a home appraisal company. She learned the word “escrow” when she was 5 years old, knowing she would get a treat when helping her mom get sales. Coming from a Real Estate family, Melissa and her twin sister, Tiffanie, both ended up in the industry at the age of 20. Melissa and her sister learned to invest in real estate from their mother and now own 4 homes together.

Melissa’s passion starts outside the workplace, to always create and achieve goals, to keep raising the bar, and to pursue her best potential. Whether it’s health, fitness, relationships, personal growth, or work, she is always in a self motivated mindset to grow and achieve. You will quickly learn that she always does the right thing in a given situation and genuinely cares about the needs of others.

In her free time, Melissa is an adrenaline junkie. She is an avid skydiver, rock climber, scuba diver and triathlete. She also loves spending time with her shetland sheepdog, Given
