Melissa Nalewaik

Missy made Bethany Beach her home in 1999. Having grown up in Annapolis, MD, summers were spent on the water: sailing the Bay or on the MD/Delaware beaches. She is originally from Connecticut. Missy attended the Maryland Institute College of Art, where she received her BFA in Graphic Design. Missy's interests include gardening, cooking, and the arts. She has also served as a board member and President of SCAOR Community Service Foundation. A full-time Realtor since 2001, Missy has over $100 million in career sales. Her professional designation is an associate broker and has valuable skills and experience in selling in the Village at Bear Trap Dunes. She has helped hundreds of clients sell or buy in this resort area whether a second home, retirement home, or investment property. Missy chose to affiliate with Keller Williams Realty since their business model suited her desire to become better at all that she does: enhancement of self, family, and community. Her goal is to deliver more than is expected and earn her clients’ respect and referrals.
