Melissa Oeth redefines the term "full service." In my 50 years on this planet, I have never met an agent that will help you paint, weed, mulch, pack, stage, clean, and prep your home for maximum sale as though it's her own... right down to contributing her own plantings and things, if necessary, to maximize your profit. I went away on vacation for a week, and Melissa handled EVERYTHING - putting the home on the market & selling it in 3 days so that I could return from my trip to multiple offers WELL over asking - never once having to live in the house frantically cleaning up and leaving for a showing. (An absolute blessing with two messy teenagers and dog.) You will be amazed at how easy she makes everything on you. Where other agents just point and assign you tasks, Melissa literally digs in and gets things DONE in record time.

On the buy side, she has also helped me purchase two homes, taking me to countless properties with an expert eye toward where the value either was... or wasn't. She can see potential in homes that others can't, and point out areas where minor changes could drastically increase the value of the property. Again, always keeping me, my needs, and my dollar first and foremost.

In my opinion, Melissa Oeth puts other agents to shame, and I think you'll find the same... DEFINITELY use her if you are buying or selling - you can be sure that there is no better person out there to trust with your home or this process.

Melissa was a very patient and hardworking realtor for us in both selling and buying property. She was dedicated, available, with the added benefit of being a talented stager. Plus she was a lot of fun!
