Melojane helped us bigtime! She was with us all through out the process and is always there to answer our concerns and questions. We told her we urgently need a house to move into because we just sold our previous house. We exchanged info and the houses the she recommends and houses that we found that we like to see. Next thing I know is that we are looking at houses one after another. She gives her opinions and helped us negotiate. Negotiation part was easy because of her! Very professional but also very accommodating. You would immediately feel close to her. She has good connections too. I would definitely do future home buying and selling with her and I would recommend her to all my friends and family!

Melojane is the Best of the Best when it comes to Making sure her clients are satisfied, happy and are making the best choice for this life changing investment. She’s very professional, caring and knows her stuff. This was a long process and she took her time with me. When I finally found the house I really loved in this market today with several other offers.. Melojane is a person who loves what she do.Forget state farm like a good neighbor MELOJANE is who I want.I was so nervous about everything. I called her everyday 7 days respectfully not after 9pm and this woman answered every phone call or called back immediately. She was always there. She's VERY knowledgeable and she's very patient and best of all its not about the money with her. She wants you to love your home and when you are finally satisfied she's good. Others realtors don't care they will sell you anything just to get the commission MELOJANE gets a commission but it's after She makes sure you are 150%satisfied

I have known Melo Jane Valisno for 22 years as being my brother’s wife. She is a hard-working woman who is determined to reach her goals in life. While she was a stay-at-home mother when her son was still in his growing years, she performed odd jobs to earn additional money. During that time, she performed improvements in their house like replacing the floors of the kitchen, dining and living rooms as well as arranging attractive home decorations. Not only she is a loving and caring wife and mother, she also took care of my late mother during the last several months of her life. Sometimes, she amazes me when she comes up with some excellent ideas. I can say that my brother is truly lucky to have her as his beautiful and smart wife.
