Melvin J Ortiz is a Real Estate Author & Realtor with over 10 years of helping local families build wealth through the sell and purchase of residential properties.

Previously, Melvin worked as Marketing Director at major media companies across the country. He helped lead teams to develop innovative technologies and implement successful marketing and advertising campaigns across multi-platforms.

He's a Temple University graduate and a former baseball captain of his University Team.

Melvin also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the De Novo Healthcare Group where he helps underprivileged children receive the help they need. He also sat on the Leadership Board of Keller Williams La Mirada, where he helped agents build their businesses through strategic coaching.
