Melvin Speight

Melvin Speight is a retired Chief Warrant Officer who served in various key positions during his 24-year tenure in the United States Army. He participated in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Freedom's Sentinel in Afghanistan. Melvin's attentiveness and genuine care for others allowed him to serve his country selflessly, always putting the needs of those he served above his own. He holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia Southern University and is a Criminal Justice Professor at Central Texas College. After serving all over the world, Melvin has settled in Harlem, Georgia, right outside of Augusta. He is the proud parent of three adult children and three grandchildren. Melvin is an active member of his church and community, enjoying his military retirement through vacationing, scuba diving, fishing, or grilling.

In 2021, Melvin was awarded the CENTURY 21® President’s Producer Award, recognizing his achievement of earning both the CENTURY 21 CENTURION® award and the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer award in the same calendar year. In 2020, he received the CENTURY 21 Realogy Advantage Network Closed Consumer Home Connection Referral Award, ranking 3rd in the United States, and the Masters Diamond Award. In 2018 and 2019, he received the Masters Ruby award for his superior production. Additionally, he received the Quality Service Pinnacle Award in 2020 and the Quality Service Award in 2019 for his outstanding dedication to his clients. Throughout his career, Melvin has actively pursued continuing education to serve his customers better, earning numerous certifications including the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategies (PSA), and e-Pro Certification.

In early 2021, Melvin expanded his real estate expertise by attaining his Associate Broker License to better assist his clients with all of their real estate needs.
