Meredith helped me purchase my first home last year. House shopping normally is rough. Throw in a global pandemic and the stress levels skyrocketed. Meredith was able to keep me calm and as stress free as possible! She always responded to my crazy texts/calls asking a million questions. Meredith helped us find a house with all the complicated parameters our family desired. She was always available for a call to talk about various tax breakdowns of municipalities and gave us her honest opinion regarding properties which excited us but which we were not thinking objectively about. Meredith had an easy sale a few times from my family but took the time and energy to explain why we'd be unsatisfied with a particular home because of what she knew behind the scenes.
