After doing extensive research and interviewing several Realtors, we selected Bery to find us our new home in Florida - and are we glad we did. Moving from California to Florida was stressful enough but after selling our home in California (it sold in 5 days) we had a limited amount of time to pack, purchase a new forever home, and move across the US, with two cats in tow. Yikes, what did we do???

Bery made everything as easy as possible. Not only did she find several new homes for us to consider based on our very specific criteria, she talked us through each step of the process (this was our first time in 32 years that we were buying a home) and always provided the information we needed to make an informed decision. When building delays resulted in us having to move to Florida without someplace to move to, Beri worked her magic and found us a "transition home" until our "real home" was finished.

Throughout this entire process, Beri was professional, knowledgeable, understanding, friendly, accommodating, and caring. Not only would we highly recommend Beri, we count her as our first friend in Florida. Thanks Beri!!!!

Merida is an excellent real estate agent. Reliable, experienced, dedicated and always strived to please us by looking for the best in the market. She kept in communication and answered immediately everything related to our concerns. With her advice and support we are able to meet all the purchase requirements on time. We appreciate her hard work so that we can get not only a residence but the perfect home. Merida provided us with exceptional service my only regret is not reaching out to her sooner.
