About Merilee
In the late nineties, if you happened to dine at the Red Robin in Murray, Utah, you might have found yourself seated in a section known as the "Alley." This area, consisting of only four tables, served as a training ground for new servers. It was conveniently located near a drink station, a computer, and the kitchen. New servers would learn their skills here before being transferred to more lucrative sections of the restaurant. Despite ten months of dedicated service, Merilee had yet to move out of the Alley. Her struggles, including difficulty with the iced tea machine, order mix-ups, financial losses, and spilled drinks on customers, led her to conclude that the restaurant business wasn't her calling.
Five years later, Merilee and her family faced the need for a new home. After extensive research and exploration of their options, they placed a "For Sale" sign in their yard. However, after enduring eighteen months of keeping their house in pristine condition, accommodating last-minute showings, and receiving no communication from potential buyers, they realized that a change was necessary. Merilee embarked on the journey of becoming a Realtor. Six months later, their house was successfully sold at the right price, marking the beginning of her new career.
Being a Realtor turned out to be Merilee's ideal profession. She relishes the opportunity to meet new people, showcase properties, and manage all the intricate details, paperwork, phone calls, and research that constitute a successful real estate deal. Merilee has proven to be exceptionally meticulous, a superb communicator, and fiercely committed to her clients and their needs. She gladly assists clients in finding their dream homes, guiding them through the sale process when they're ready to move, and navigating the potential challenges that often arise in real estate transactions.
Merilee possesses intelligence, a sense of humor that can defuse any issues, and a commitment to making her clients delighted with their choice. Just don't ask her to make iced tea!
