We trusted Merri Joy with the toughest of tasks: finding our first home. She set us up with an automatic search engine for listings that found houses meeting our criteria. We were able to get in quickly for showings with enough time to place an offer on all the houses we wanted to. She arrived prompt and prepared to every showing carrying a folder of details on each house. When we gave her a listing that the search engine didn't find- sometimes on rather unconventional platforms, she didn't hesitate to do research on it and set up a showing. When most realtors would have likely given up and told us it wasn't possible, she went above and beyond in our situation to communicate and facilitate transferring of the sales agreement. Merri Joy's communication with the seller was second to none with getting additional house information and setting up showings. We've dealt with realtors in the past that are pushy and just trying to "get the sale." I was so happy to have Merri Joy, because she advocated for us and had our best interest at the forefront. I would always recommend Merri Joy to anyone looking to buy or sell. She helped us achieve this massive financial goal.

In 2021 we were ready to buy our first home near Post Falls but were quickly discouraged by the rising housing costs and seemingly impossible odds; that is, until we met the incomparable Merri Joy Moylan. Tireless, selfless, humble, attentive, hardworking, efficient, professional, a real go-getter, well-connected, family and community supportive; Merri Joy heard all our wants, needs, took them to heart and fought for everything we wanted and dreamed of in a home, yard, community and more. She respected and absolutely understood and worked within our budget and savings goals and worked quite literally around the clock to help us find what we now no longer call our "impossible dream".
