Micaela was by far the best realtor I could have ever partnered with on our adventure of finding a forever home. Her attention on executing exactly what we wanted and sticking to our budget over exceeded our expectations. She was extremely patient with us on the search and totally listened to all of our needs. She answered all of my one million questions and went above and beyond to make me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. She’s very professional, punctual and honest. Micaela not only helped me find my dream home, she went out of her way to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. She was always eager to show potential properties. Even outside of business hours she was researching history and comparable properties to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were unsure whether we knew enough and whether we were in the right position to buy a house. Luckily we reached out to Micaela who got back to us right away, talked with us about our wants and needs, and got us started on the journey. Thanks to Micaela we learned A LOT during the home buying process; things you didn't know you needed to know. With her guidance we were always ahead of the game. She also gave us great advice on finding other professional services (legal, financial, etc.)

I had initially asked "do we really need a realtor to buy a house?"

I sill don't know if you "need" one, but with the whole experience behind us I can't imagine doing it alone. I highly recommend Micaela if you're in need of a realtor. We'll definitely call her again for the next house.

Micaela is a joy to work with and will always go the extra mile to make sure you’re feeling confident about one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make. We were first time home buyers so we had a zillion questions and she was so incredibly helpful and patient with us + landed us our dream cottage! She’s also a full service agent - she had outstanding recommendations to help us secure our loan, attorney, appraisal, landscaping, etc. (even antiquing + food if you’re into that). We worked with a couple agents before Micaela and no one measured up. She’s a pro and you’d be lucky to work with her! 10/10 recommend

We all know buying a home in today's market is nothing short of roller-coaster ride. There are ups and downs all.over the place having Micaela on my side was a true benefit. She knows the market and was voice of reason several times. I tend to be cut and dry and expect the same. We experienced some challenges that I was ready to threw in the towel on and she was always on myside but as I said the voice of reason . I could tell she cared about how I would feel and not her commission. I would highly recommend her to anyone I knew. I'm as picky as they come and I picked her and so should you.
