Mike got us our dream home even after we had a rejected offer with our previous realtor. He worked really well with the listing agent on the home we wanted to buy to make sure we were able to seal the deal. He worked well with all potential buyers, agents and other professionals we dealt with through the buying and selling process. He's professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond over and over again to make sure he was doing everything he could to get us what we wanted. Mike was great! He sold our house after 8 days on the market, held 2 open houses in one weekend (had a lender on-site to provide instant pre-approvals for potential buyers), had a professional photographer come out who took great photo's of the house, even got aerial pictures using a drone. He had great advise on how to price our home in the current market. We had a bad experience with a prior realtor who was the opposite of this and we almost lost our new home because of terrible advise from that realtor. Mike helped us buy our first home. We had the best experience with him as our realtor. We have tried in the past with other realtors and had no success and thought only about their profit. Not with Mike codman we were never pressured and when we did find a home he made the process so quick and easy. I was having surgery the day before closing and Mike mad it happen for us to close a few days earlier so the days wouldn't conflict. Overall Mike is as good as it get.
