Michael is very professional.He helped me in selling my rental property in Riverside, which was hard to sell, due to difficult tenant to deal with to show etc.This is my second property he sold within 18 days with our asking price.He made all our transactions very smooth.He always communicate right away, without waiting.I strongly recommend him as selling(as he sold my two properties) agent.

Michael Darwich is most helpful, very professional and knowledgeable in his work as a realtor. From the day we signed up with him as our selling agent, he was prompt in taking every action, extremely responsive on email, texts or calls. Within hours of listing, he showed the house by appointment to many buyers, and we clinched the deal in less than 24 hours. Further follow up leading to the escrow went smoothly, and flawlessly. He also went out of the way to provide personal help in getting rid of our furniture and fixing little deficiencies in the house.

In my dealing with Michael Darwich with selling the condominium in Los Angeles was not only very professional, but really look out for my best enterest as a seller. He not only give me legal advice about the pros and con between selling the place on my own, and going against the previous renter who took off with some of my furnitures, and fridgedaire. He also help me prep the place for showing to buyers, and most of all it took only seven to ten days to have a a buyers. Then a provided me a good advice who to select among the buyers.

Over all I was very satisfied with Mr. Darwich and that I would call him again once I am ready to sell my place.
