Mike Davis is Real Estate Representative who has dedicated himself to assisting those who dream of living the Durango, Colorado lifestyle. Mike moved to Durango from upstate New York over 25 years ago with the same dream and has been living it ever since. After graduating from Fort Lewis College with a business degree, he entered the field of Real Estate and has been successfully selling for over 18 years. Mike began his career with Prudential Realty in Durango and later as Prudential’s exclusive representative for Tamarron Resort at the Glacier Club.
In 2009 he accepted his dream position representing those folks interested in owning a part of the resort lifestyle, selling for Durango Mountain Realty. After 5 fulfilling years at the ski resort, Mike decided to expand on his experiences by joining one of Durango’s finest and oldest Real Estate Companies, Horizon Properties of Durango.
Mike recently (2018) moved his license to Legacy Properties West Sotheby's International Realty and could not be more excited and prouder to join Durango’s finest Real estate firm.
Mike maintains a valuable network of Mortgage Lender’s, Home Inspector’s, and Custom Home Builder’s.
