I chose residential real estate so I could help people when making some of the most important financial decisions in their life. That is putting their in or taking their money out of real estate.

Real estate is the largests opportunity for people to build wealth and improve their and their heirs financial well being. In the US 85% of the wealth for people is in real estate. So it is for many the largest financial decision you will ever make.

I work with buyers and sellers of all types, however, I find myself most comfortable helping people when they have a change in their life, whether that is having children, empty nesting and all those other changes in life that we encounter. I enjoy this, because there are plenty of agents who can follow the steps in a real estate transaction, however, I prefer to deal with the real important pieces of a real estate transaction, the emotions that come with it.
