As Senior Vice President specializing in Multifamily and Retail at NAI Capital, Mr. Dixon services his client base of both institutional and private investors as well as develops new clients interested in real estate sales, exchanges or acquisitions.

Prior to joining NAI Capital, Mr. Dixon worked for RE/MAX Commercial as a Sales Associate where he assisted clients with their financial objectives of acquiring, exchanging or selling current holdings; advised clients on maximizing rents and improving their properties’ appearance at reasonable cost to achieve best market price; located, negotiated and helped oversee transactions on acquisition and disposition. Mr. Dixon was noted for consistently achieving RE/MAX Platinum Club status, which recognizes the top 10% of RE/MAX agents.

At Playa Vista Realty (PVR), Mr. Dixon developed extensive relationships with major lending and government institutions; assisted in outlining their goals and worked with agents to maintain winning attitudes while overseeing all investment site transactions. Mr. Dixon’s extensive marketing experience allowed him to successfully position lender-owned foreclosed apartments up to 150 units. He implemented many techniques for processing qualified buyers and for obtaining maximum market exposure for buildings that were for sale, or tax-deferred exchanges. Additionally, Mr. Dixon was a sales manager and developed a sales team that allowed PVR to become one of the top apartment brokerage companies in Los Angeles.

Mr. Dixon’s 26 years of real estate experience earned him consistent recognition as a top producer in commercial sales and exchanges. His creativity and flexibility attracted a diverse client base ranging from single investors to major institutions. As a result of his dedication to staying current with new laws, expense increases and market trends, Mr. Dixon has been invited to serve as a guest lecturer at the UCLA School of Business. Currently, he also serves as a member of the California Association of Realtors®.
