About Michael

Originally from Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, I moved to Charlotte in 1999 to start working for IBM. After buying and fixing up a handful of homes as a hobby in the early 2000’s, I decided to turn my passion into my career by going to real estate school in 2004. By 2005, I had left my corporate role and started full-time in real estate brokerage. I created 5 Points Realty in 2007 with some wonderful partners and that is where I remain today.

My specialization is working with buyers and sellers in Charlotte’s older, urban neighborhoods –from raw land for commercial and residential uses, in-fill development, or simply buying and selling. If you are in need of real estate services and looking for a hard-working Broker/Realtor with extensive knowledge of Charlotte’s changing markets, please give me a call.
