My real estate dream began in 2005. I was fresh out of high school when I started working for our family-run business Florida Villas Sales & Rentals in the UK. At this time, I meticulously guided U.K. and European clients to buy and sell property in Florida.

By 2009 we had survived the market crash and moved our successful family real estate business to Central Florida while maintaining offices and agents in the UK. It was then that I personally founded The Dudley Elite Team, an international real estate team specializing in both residential and Disney vacation rental real estate.

I’ve worked and learned from multiple brokers in both South & Central Florida and am now recognized as a leader and top-producing agent. In 2020, I became one of Orlando’s top 35 agents under 35 and was featured in Orlando Top Producer magazine. Since then, I have gone on to become an ORRA Young Professional 20 under 40 and entered an elite group of being recognized as one of the top 200 agents in Greater Orlando.
